Animals

Stateline All Animal Rescue is dedicated to assisting all kinds of animals. Some will find permanent homes here but most will be available for adoption. Currently we have Russian Tortoises and horses that are resident here at the rescue.

We took in our first Tortoises this year and currently have 4 that are making their home here in the Tortoise Garden. Our tortoise garden is a small area that is being specially planted and designed to keep our Tortoises safe and provide them with as natural an environment as possible. Hopefully in the spring we will be planting it with edible plants that provide a varied diet and shade for the tortoises to enjoy. These guys needed a home when their owner passed away. If you own an animal, it is never too soon to think about and make arrangements for their care if something happens and you can no longer care for them. A family member, friend, rescue or sanctuary are all options but be sure to reach out to them before you need them to ask if they are able to care for them.

Horses

Horse Rescue, Adopt a horse, Sponsor a Horse, Senior Horse

Most of our horses are available for adoption but we do offer sanctuary to a very few horses that have issues that make them less likely to be adopted. Tater, pictured, is one of these horses. He is in his mid twenties and blind in one eye with limited vision in the other. He is a loving and gentle boy and while he is available for adoption, he can stay here forever.

Other Animals

We do accept farm animals, and small pets such as birds, Guinea pigs, hamsters, etc. Most will be rehomed.

We currently do not have facilities for dogs and cats and so while we do help network them, we do not accept them here at the rescue.
